Have you not verified your e-mail address? Then your domain name will be blocked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This applies to domain names with generic extensions (e.g. .com, .net, .org, .info &#8230;) and with new extensions (e.g. .gent, .immo, .shop &#8230;). <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Domain names with classic country extensions (eg .be, .nl, .fr &#8230;) are exempted.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">IN THIS ARTICLE<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#icann\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ICANN sends an email to verify your e-mail address<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#verificatie\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">No verification = domain name deactivated<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#deactiveren\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">What do you have to do to deactivate your domain name?<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"icann\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ICANN sends an e-mail to verify your e-mail address<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ICANN will send a verification e-mail to the e-mail address provided when ordering the domain name.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">All you have to do is click on the link in the e-mail. This way ICANN knows for sure that your e-mail address is correct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">You will receive this e-mail from <\/span><\/strong><a href=\"mailto:noreply@european-server.com\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">noreply@european-server.com<\/span><\/strong><\/a><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> in 2 situations:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">After you have registered or transferred a domain name with a generic or new extension<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Or if you change the owner&#8217;s details (e.g. new phone number or address) via the control panel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"verificatie\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">No verification = domain name deactivated<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If you do not click on the link in the e-mail from ICANN, your e-mail address has not been validated. Your domain name will be deactivated after a while until verification has been performed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The domain name will then show a page that states that your domain name is temporarily deactivated awaiting verification.<\/p>\n<p>ICANN even goes so far as to deactivate all domain names linked to your e-mail address. It is therefore in your own interest to not ignore ICANN&#8217;s mails.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"deactiveren\">What do you have to do to reactivate your domain name?<\/h2>\n<h3>Step 1: Verify your e-mail address<\/h3>\n<p>If your domain name is deactivated, you must verify your e-mail address. To do so, you must click on the link from the e-mail you received from ICANN (<a href=\"mailto:noreply@european-server.com\">noreply@european-server.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Did you receive such an e-mail from ICANN? Click on the link in the e-mail to confirm your e-mail address.<\/p>\n<p>You can&#8217;t find the e-mail? Contact us to have the e-mail resent.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 2: update your name servers<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Was your domain name deactivated?
