  1. Via the navigation bar at the top left you go to “File”> “Export”.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the items you want to export or back up and click “Continue”.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose the location to which you want to export the file and click on “Save”.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Finish” to complete.<\/li>\n
  5. Optional: Import a backup from your mailbox<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
    Outlook for Mac 2011<\/div>\n

    Follow these steps in Outlook for Mac 2011:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Via the navigation bar at the top you go to “Tools” and click on “Export”.<\/li>\n
