E-mail is stored in a separate mailbox that is protected by a username and password. Via the Plesk web interface, you can set an unlimited amount of aliases. info@yourdomain.com can for instance be an alias for the mailbox sell@yourdomain.com. All e-mail messages sent to info@yourdomain.com will then automatically end up in the mailbox for sell@yourdomain.com

Catch-all mailbox

A catch-all mailbox is an e-mail address that catches all e-mail that is sent to your domain, even if the e-mail address does not exist. Because we at EasyHost find e-mail very important, we have included this feature so that you'll never miss out on an e-mail message again.

Example: Your e-mail address is jan@domainname.com; someone sends his e-mail by mistake to jean@domainname.com. Thanks to the catch-all mailbox, this mail will reach you anyway.

Unlimited amount of autoresponders, out-of-office messages

Every mailbox can be set so that, in your absence, a reply message with a given content is sent automatically to the correspondent upon reception of a new e-mail message.

You can set this reply message yourself via the online web interface.

Unlimited amount of aliases and forwards

An e-mail alias is an e-mail address that you can link to any mailbox or any existing e-mail address. All e-mail sent to that e-mail alias is forwarded to the mailbox you entered. By means of e-mail forwarding, you can then forward that e-mail to an external e-mail address (e.g. skynet, telenet, etc.)
